Asphalt shingles are the classic, affordable roofing option, with a quaint textured look. To extend their lifespan, asphalt shingle roofs should
be inspected yearly.
Metal roofs (exposed fastener) are more durable and weather resistant while still balancing cost. While more resistant than asphalt shingles, metal
roofs should still be inspected on occasion to catch loose screws or degraded washers.
Standing seam is our premium roofing option. Concealed fasteners reduce maintenance and provide a sleek, elegant look.
Standing seam roofs also last much longer with little maintenance.
Gutters
6 inch seamless gutters can handle much more rainfall than traditional 5 inch gutters and are less likely to clog.
Being seamless means that the gutters can be custom fitted to your home, and they don't have joints that can lead to failures and leaks.
Siding
Vinyl is our budget siding option. Though it has a shorter lifespan, vinyl siding doesn't require painting.
Hardie board (fiber cement) is more durable and resistant to damage. It should be repainted every 10 to 15 years to maintain durability.
Board and batten installation uses vertical boards separated by a narrow strip (batten) to create siding with a rustic, geometric look.
